    At Moo Town Dance, we believe dance is for everybody

    Our inclusive, all abilities programs are designed to support people living with a disability to build confidence, develop skills and experience the joy of movement in a safe, supportive environment. Moo Town Dance runs classes around Sunshine Coast and our programs bring high energy, connection and creativity to every session — because dance isn’t just about movement, it’s good for the soul. Moo Town Dance programs may be funded under:

    Core Supports (Assistance with Social & Community Participation)

    Capacity Building (Improved Daily Living / Skill Development)

    How Dance Supports NDIS Participants

    Dance can play a powerful role in supporting NDIS goals, including:

    • Building confidence and self-expression
    • Improving coordination, balance and motor skills
    • Encouraging social interaction and connection
    • Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing
    • Increasing community participation

    Our classes are designed to be flexible and inclusive, allowing every participant to engage at their own pace and ability.

    Each week features a new dance, so participants can join at any time without pressure.

    1:1 Dance Sessions

    We’re excited to soon offer individual (1:1) dance sessions, providing more personalised support tailored to each participant’s needs and goals. These sessions will be ideal for:

    • Building confidence in a one-on-one setting
    • Supporting specific physical or social goals
    • Preparing for group participation
